چکیده
The suitability evaluation of urban underground space (UUS) development can aid in making the planning, construction, and operation management spaces more scientific, orderly systematic. Taking starting area Changjiang New Town as an example, this study considered socioeconomic factors a crucial cost indicator index system development, 15 affecting utilization were selected combination with geological environment conditions. subjective weights each factor calculated using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), variable-weight theory was introduced to calculate comprehensive variable weights. modified, taking into consideration, so quantitatively evaluate research area. A comparison between results constant-weight methods showed that latter correct efficaciously determined weight AHP make result scientific reasonable. consideration impact on costs benefits made instructive. best for accounted approximately 18.6%, second-best suitable accounts 60.8%. Hence, prospect is good.
